SAFETY & MEDICAL
Who administers the IV?
Every IV is administered by a licensed registered nurse under the supervision of a nurse practitioner.
Is IV therapy safe?
IV therapy is generally safe when given by qualified medical professionals. Every client completes a health intake, and new clients have a brief video exam with a nurse practitioner to confirm treatment is right for them.
Do I need to see a provider first?
New clients complete a quick video exam with a nurse practitioner, usually at the start of the visit. It's good for one year unless your health history changes significantly.
Who shouldn't get an IV?
IV therapy may not be right for people with congestive heart failure, kidney disease, or certain other medical conditions. It isn't a substitute for emergency care. If you're having a medical emergency, call 911.
Can I get an IV while pregnant?
Yes, many clients use IV therapy for nausea and dehydration during pregnancy. Our nurse practitioner reviews every pregnant client before treatment, and we recommend checking with your OB as well.
YOUR VISIT
How long does an IV take?
Most sessions take 30–60 minutes, depending on the drip and add-ons.
How should I prepare?
Eat something light beforehand if you can, drink some water, and wear a short-sleeved or loose top. Have your intake form completed before the nurse arrives.
Can friends or family get an IV during the same visit?
Absolutely. Our nurses carry extra supplies. Each person just needs to complete their own intake form, and groups of 3+ save 15–20%.
Which IV should I choose?
Browse our IV menu, or tell us how you're feeling and our team will help you pick the right drip.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Are there travel fees?
No travel fees and no hidden fees. The price on our menu is the price you pay.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at the time of your visit. We accept credit card, cash, check, Venmo, and HSA/FSA.
Is IV therapy covered by insurance?
IV wellness therapy is generally not covered by insurance.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Groups of 3–9 save 15%, and groups of 10+ save 20%. Great for bachelorette parties, team events, and recovery days.
